4 AMAZING TIPS TO STOP PROCATINATION NOW


Procrastination is delaying important and urgent things and working on non urgent and unimportant things. Most people procrastinate because they think that important tasks are too challenging to overcome. The truth is that we must complete the task for our own good. Doing it in the last minute increases stress and affects the quality of the task.


1. To-Do List: Preparing a “TO-DO” list is a very powerful way to keep your mind focused. Making a list of urgent and important task enables you to complete those tasks on the same day.


2. Chunk bigger tasks into smaller: You procrastinate because you think that you have too much to do. Chunking bigger task into smaller gives you motivation and your mind can get those activities done much quicker. Imagine if you need to do a 30 page report, break that down and do one page every day. Focus on one page a day.


3. Prioritize your “TO-DO” list: You need to prioritize your “TO- DO list” and numerically give a sequence to them. This allows you to get the urgent and important task done at the right time.


4. The art of saying “NO”: Saying “YES” can sometimes be as important as saying “NO”. Imagine if you have an important meeting tomorrow. Your friend calls you up and asks you to join him for a party. You have the choice to make that decision. It is always better to be accountable than to blame your friend for everything that went wrong.

CARA MENGUNDANG REZEKI ALLAH

🔵 Ada yang mengetuk pintu langit dengan cara setiap pagi memberi 40 nasi bungkus untuk orang miskin. Rutin dia lakukan.
🔵 Ada yang mengundang rezeki dengan cara mencium tangan ibunya lalu minta didoakan.
🔵 Ada yang mengundang rezeki, setiap minggu dia mendatangi anak-anak yatim, mengusap kepala mereka, membelikan sesuatu untuk keperluan mereka sebagaimana diajarkan Nabi SAW.
🔵 Ada yang mengundang rezeki, setiap pagi keluar ke tempat kerja dia rutin bersedekah kepada siapa saja.
🔵 Ada yang mengundang rezeki, tiap malam jumaat dia membahagi makanan kepada orang² yang tidur di jalanan. Doanya tembus ke langit!
🔵 Ada yang mengundang rezeki, setiap kali setelah solat subuh dia tidak tidur. Dia beristighfar 100 kali dan bertadarrus Al-quran hingga terbit fajar, lalu menatap langit langsung dan mengangkat tangan. Doanya tembus langsung kepada Tuhannya.

🔵 Ada yg mengundang rezeki dengan cara menanam pkok agar semua makhluk bumi boleh menikmati oksigen.

HYPNOTIC SELLING: GET THEIR UNCONCIOUSE MIND TO SAY YES!

One of the most powerful ways to sell anything is to use the techniques of modern hypnosis.

In a clinical setting, a hypnotist gently guides the client into a trance. Once in that relaxed state, the unconscious mind more readily accepts suggestions to stop smoking, lose weight or feel more confident, etc.

Of course, while you're trying to make a sale or close an important deal, nobody is going to let you put them into a trance.

Or will they?

They will if they don't know that you are doing it.

Two of the most powerful ways to reach someone on an unconscious level are to use Distracted Sentencing and Embedded Commands.

In order for these techniques to work, you must first establish rapport with your prospect. Much has been written about rapport so we will just give you the highlights.

You create rapport by being like someone. You become more like them by doing the same things they do. If they are leaning to one side of their chair with their legs crossed, you sit that way too. If they speak quickly, you speak quickly. If they speak slowly, match their pace, and so on.

Rapport techniques work because on an unconscious level, they are thinking: "He's just like me."

Once you have rapport, you can begin to influence people in powerful ways. Things that you say that may seem odd in other contexts, will now be overlooked.

Distracted Sentencing

This technique allows you to give a suggestion or command while someone is momentarily confused.

To use Distracted Sentencing, you insert a nonsense sentence or phrase (one out of context) in the middle of a group of other statements that would otherwise make perfect sense. Immediately follow the nonsense sentence with a suggestion or command, then continue with what you were saying before.

When selling a car, you might say something like: "This car has great acceleration yet it still has excellent gas mileage. The power train comes with a five-year warranty and the engine has 300 horsepower. Dogs pulling bobsleds are trained completely by voice commands. Go ahead and get behind the wheel. The seat has full lumbar support and can be adjusted automatically …."

The nonsense sentence causes the conscious mind to momentarily focus inward (going into a trance) to make sense of it, while the unconscious mind hears the suggestion or command.

The suggestion resolves the momentary confusion. Because people find confusion uncomfortable, they are likely to follow the suggestion because it offers a resolution.

Embedded Commands

You create them by marking out the commands with tonality, speed and pace.

Read the following sentence out loud:

This car is so exciting that many people take it for a test drive. When they do, they have a lot of fun. They come back and tell me they want to buy this car.

Nothing special, right?

Now say the sentence out loud and when you see three dots (… ), pause. Change your voice tone on the words between the dots. You might raise or lower it or go deeper. And say these words just slightly slower than the rest of the sentence.

Ready?

Go.

This car is so exciting that many people … take it for a test drive …. When they do, they … have a lot of fun. They come back and tell me they want to … buy this car.

If you were to say this to a prospect, the unconscious mind would hear: "Take it for a test drive. Have a lot of fun. Buy this car."

Because you're bypassing the conscious mind, chances are, they will buy.

These techniques are extremely powerful. They can make you the master of any situation. We urge you use them ethically.

HOW TO DEAL WITH NEGATIVE EVENTS IN LIFE


That story you keep telling about how much you hate that person, event or that situation can be a step into a breakthrough.
Re-framing is a very important tool in NLP which can be used to change your perspective of a situation. Many people hold onto events for many years that keep them from striving forward.
For example: Say you got fired from your job and you feel frustrated. It is normal to feel frustrated. But do you want to hold on to the frustration for longer? Re-framing allows you to release the negative emotion and take positive learning from any event.
Ask yourself these powerful questions to convert a negative event into a positive one:
• What’s good about this?
• What could be good about this?
• What could I focus on to make it better?
• What else could it mean?
• What would I do differently next time?

TWO VERY SUCCESSFUL PROCESSES TO FIND YOUR PASSION!

Do you feel unsatisfied, unfulfilled and something inside you tells you that you have more to give than this. If this is the case, you need to take a pause, find your journal, pour a cup of coffee and ask yourself some powerful questions that will open you mind. I know you know the answers; all you need to do is be honest with yourself.

1) IKIGAI
There is a word in Japanese language called “IKIGAI” which means reasons for being. There are four primary questions you need to ask yourself before you move ahead.
• What do you love?
• What are you good at?
• What the world needs?
• What you can be paid for?

2) There is another way suggested by Jason Silva in his recent video. He shares a step by step process with us:
• List down all your curiosities.
• Draw a Venn-diagram and look for intersection and overlapping on the curiosities.
• Find a purpose for taking action.
• Find something that gets you in the zone- when you lose yourself while doing a specific activity.

Lama dah tak update blog ni. Last year saya ada belajar Selling with NLP & Hypnosis. Sangat menarik you all. Now saya sedang apply teknik hypnosis untuk dapatkan lebih banyak presentation setiap hari. Buat masa ini belum lagi mencapai sasaran (Sasaran 5 presentation sehari). Ini adalah satu teknik untuk menarik apa yang kita mahukan. Saya akan kongsikan dengan anda bila berhasil nanti.
